Occasionally, translators don’t agree with the changes made to the text by the revisor or they don’t agree with a rating they’ve been given. If you don’t agree with any changes to a text you translated, or a quality rating you’ve been given, you can send an explanation to email@example.com.
Do we correct ratings?
Unfortunately, we cannot correct any rating, but your feedback will be used to help improve the way we work. This allows us to prevent similar situations in the future. Your rating is an average, so if your other translations are good, the effect of a single rating is negligible.
